The Ultimate Guide to Skateparks & Skate Spots in Goa (2026)

1. Youth Hostel Skatepark, Panjim | MAP

Right by the Mandovi river, this is where most of Goa’s skate scene comes together.

It’s not a perfectly designed skatepark, but that’s what makes it work. The ground is smooth, there’s enough space to push around, and the obstacles are a mix of quarters, rails, ledges, and a rainbow rail that keeps things interesting.

The setup changes often with movable pieces, so no two sessions feel exactly the same.

Evenings are when it really hits. Locals show up, small sessions turn into full vibes, and you’ll see everyone from beginners learning basics to experienced skaters putting lines together.

If you’re new in Goa, this is the spot where you meet people and get into the scene.

2. Goa Skatepark, Patto | MAP

One of the cleanest and most beginner-friendly skateparks in Goa.

Located in Patto, this is a proper government-built park with a more structured layout compared to the DIY spots around the state. The ground is smooth, the space is open, and everything feels a bit more “planned.”

You’ve got mellow transitions, small ramps, and enough room to cruise without worrying about rough surfaces. It’s not super technical, but that’s kind of the point, it’s perfect for learning, warming up, or just having a relaxed session.

It doesn’t have the raw DIY vibe like other spots, but it plays an important role in the scene by giving new skaters a place to start.

If you’re just getting into skating or want an easy session, this is the spot.

3. Cirrus DIY, Anjuna | MAP

Raw, creative, and a little unpredictable, this is one of Goa’s most unique skate spots.

Originally built by the Holystoked Collective crew, Cirrus DIY has evolved over time and was later rebuilt in a more planned way by 100 Ramps, giving the spot a much better flow while still keeping its DIY character.

The setup leans heavily into transition. You’ll find quarter pipes, roll-ins, and curved obstacles that let you flow instead of just hitting tricks one by one. Lines here feel different, you’re carving more than you’re popping.

The surface is smooth now, which makes a big difference. You can actually trust your speed and focus on your lines instead of worrying about cracks.

It’s not for your first session, but if you like flowing through a spot and getting creative, Cirrus hits different.
